Brilliant trendy boutique place, it has just superb location not far from speed boat taxi back, the homemade jams and muesli at breakfast and Prcanj, Kotor bay. The staff is very attentive, and the host too. The ambiance is special! Fantastic breakfast with beautiful homemade preserves, thanks a lot.

Just spent a lovely 2 nights in the King Room with Sea View. Gorgeous scenery, charming decor, and super friendly hosts! Breakfast was yummy with homemade goodies, though I wish there were more hot options. Still, can’t wait to come back!

Just a reliable pick for a weekend stopover in Kotor with very nice value for money. The hosts were really helpful, sharing local tips, made exploring much easier. Bring some snacks along since the dining options in the area are somewhat limited.

exploring kotor's charming streets from a central base
I recently spent two nights in the king room with a sea view and was thrilled by how close i was to key attractions like the charming church of st eustahije, just about a 15-minute stroll away, and the fine kotor old city, roughly a 30-minute walk from the b&b. The amazing views of kotor bay from my room, giving me that perfect touch to my weekend explorations.

The views of Kotor Bay from the rooms are fine. The beautifully designed pool area stands out.
There are some quirks to consider, if you book certain room types, the bathrooms are outside of the room, which could feel awkward depending on your comfort level. The hotel is about 5km from the main town, so getting to dining options can be a bit of a trek, especially since on-site dining is pretty limited. Breakfast is mainly continental, and any hot dishes come with an extra charge, which could be disappointing if that's what you're craving. The air conditioning struggled a bit during the hotter days, so you might find yourself wishing for better temperature control, and parking could get dicey during peak times. Lastly, if you're not into nearby noise from other guests, it might disrupt your peace a little.

Omg, we had the most amazin stay! The beautiful king suite had the most fab sea view that we just loved. Breakfast was super tasty with homemade jams and stuff, really set us up for the day. The garden with herbs near the pool was my fav chill spot, so cozy. Nigel and his team were super friendly, loved it!
The only downside was that it was a bit far from dining options, so we had to travel a bit for food. Sometimes the air conditioning didn't work as well as it could.

We enjoyed the serene atmosphere and found the beautifully landscaped garden to be a perfect setting for our stay. The rooms were stylishly decorated and the personal touch from the hosts. The hotel's proximity to the water made it easy for us to dip into the cool bay waters whenever we wanted.
The limited onsite dining options required us to travel a bit for more variety.

The fine views of the bay were a major highlight. The grilled meat served was really good and added a good flavor to the limited dining options available. The outside bathroom situation was less than ideal was great. Steep stairs to the poolhouse posed a challenge, especially after a long day exploring. The distance from main dining areas required consideration in planning meals.
